The above room prices are per person per night for bed and breakfast except where stated.

All prices are based on two people sharing the room, except single rooms and the family room when let as a family room.

Room 5 (family room) prices are for two adults and one child under 12 sharing. For additional persons sharing the family room, please phone or e-mail for price.

A minimum reservation of two nights (three nights at Easter and Bank Holidays) is normally required for all rooms, but please phone to check for single night gaps between other reservations. For single nights, if available, add £7.50 per person to the room tariff.

** Special break prices for four or more nights are available to include any nights throughout the season except Easter and Bank Holiday weekends.

Single occupancy of double rooms (Rooms 9, 10, 14 and 16) is sometimes available at a discount. Please phone or e-mail for details.

Rooms will normally be available for check in by 2.00 pm. The latest check out time is 10.15 am.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices include VAT at 20%. Subject to VAT rate changes, prices will be confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
