Accommodation As
soon as you enter the Main Hall, you can sense the relaxed, family atmosphere of one of Keswick's
finest Victorian country houses. In recent years, many features of the original house have been
lovingly restored, such as the magnificent ' barley-twist ' pine staircase and
galleried landing, which give the Hall its prestigious feel and a warmth that's as timeless as
the grandfather clock. On the landing is a collection of old photographs donated by the Anderson
family, evoking memories of Lairbeck as it was in years gone by.
Hospitality, comfort and relaxation are all vital ingredients of the Lairbeck expererience. Many of our guests return time-and-time again, knowing that the genuinely warm welcome they receive continues throughout their stay. |
